When DxDempsey took on the project of modernizing and updating this time-worn Long Beach Island vacation home we wanted to make sure we remained true to the livable character of a shore home.
The residence was renovated inside and out, in addition a second story was added. Of course the design had to be engineered to adhere to hurricane wind forces … but the real beauty of the home is how simply it communicates with the visual landscape.
