This Wilkes-Barre restaurant was the first brick-and-mortar adaptation of the popular What the Fork food trucks. The space embodies the vibrant greens and reds of the brand, creating a fun and dynamic space. The use of stainless steel reflects the food truck beginnings of the enterprise, with lime green rivets too! A sculptural seating element balances the metal with a warm, rustic OSB material. The space also features bathrooms with bold graphics and chalkboard walls for a fun, interactive element for guests. The restaurant is a casual place to stop in for a quick meal or order some delicious food to-go.
